Hi ! Nice to meet you.
I’m Paul Wilson — a French designer with six years of experience as an Art Director and UI/UX Designer.
I started my design journey under the mentorship of Milka Broukhim, a former Snapchat design lead and professor at ArtCenter. That experience shaped my sensitivity to typography, layout, and visual systems — principles I’ve carried into both branding and product work, like the visual identity I created for Chao Ban, a Michelin Guide restaurant in Hanoi.
I further developed my skills as a UI/UX designer, earning a diploma in UX design through UX Design Institute. I have contributed to several digital products, particularly during my time with Capichi, Inc. There, I began by building the brand from the ground up, expanding on an existing logo to create a visual identity and design language. I also played a key role in shaping the design culture, helping establish processes and laying the foundation for a growing team.
I worked on the full redesign of both the mobile app and website, and introduced UX research practices — including user interviews, usability testing, and customer journey mapping — to ensure the product aligned with real user needs. One of the products I worked on was an end-to-end online ordering platform, which contributed to the company’s growth and was recently sold to ZERO-SITE Takanawa Gateway, a multi-purpose event space in Japan.
I’m now looking for new opportunities where I can bring together my visual design background, UX thinking, and international experience to create thoughtful, high-quality work. I’m especially drawn to teams that value clarity, detail, and human-centered design.
Best to you,
Paul.
PS: Also I am the dog father of this amazing dog named Jung.
